I've been asked many times in the past to do lessons where someone could hop onto a jm for an hour and watch me draw while teaching them tips, tricks, and other things for just about any type of art. During this time, I've explained things like the basics of using layers, how to shade, all the way up to anatomy and portrait painting. Most of the time, I ask $20 an hour because of the variety of things I'll teach, and the fact that if I make anything, say, a sample base, redline your sketch, etc, you get to keep any and all of it. Obviously, that is slightly out of price range for many people, and I don't get too many requesting a lesson. So
